Raegan Playing in her Exersaucer

Here's a video of Raegan playing with her Exersaucer. She's recently started reaching and grabbing for toys, so I thought I would get the Exersaucer out to see if she would play in it. I think she likes it. :-)

Raegan

Here are some recent pictures of Raegan.

Raegan Rolled Over

Last night we got pounded pretty good from the remnants of Ike. I can't imagine what the people in Texas and other southern states lived through. It was bad enough here. There are lots of branches and power lines down and most schools in Northeast Ohio were closed today. So last night when our electricity went out, Raegan decided to put on a show for us. She took that opportunity to roll over for the first time! Unfortunately it was too dark to get a movie of her, but I was able to get one of her when the power came back on later that night. She's getting so big so fast!

Apple Orchard

Well it's apple picking time! Brandon has been talking about picking apples since the day we picked last year. This is one of his absolute favorite things to do, so he was thrilled when it was time to go pick again. This year we made apple pie and applesauce. We even canned a few jars of applesauce to last us until next year.

First Day of Preschool

Natalie & Brandon started preschool a couple of weeks ago. So far they are really enjoying themselves! So much so that they usually don't want to leave to come home. The teacher has nothing but good things to say about them. The first day we were walking from the van into the building, the kids with their backpacks on and me behind them holding Raegan, when Natalie said "Brandon, let's hold hands". Natalie is always very good to make sure she is holding someone's hand in parking lots. However, not only did they hold hands through the parking lot, but they also held hands all the way down the hall and into their classroom. I WISH I had been able to get a picture, but I didn't have my camera ready. I'm sorry I missed out on that picture, but here are a few others from that day.
